He has successfully exited 2.5 companies with multimillion-dollar valuations. His company, Learni, achieved the No. 1 spot as the top educational app in the App Store, surpassing Duolingo. The Escola Group provides AI and IT solutions to prestigious clients such as Orlen, Porsche, L’Oréal, and over 20 universities.

Stephen Flatman is Vice President of Examinations for the Managing Accounting unit at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Prior to taking on his role in the UK in 2015, Stephen led the Programme and Project Management Office and personally managed the sector leading and strategically transformational programme to computerize all of CIMA’s professional qualification examinations.

In his role as Vice President Examinations Association, he develops and delivers Assessment product strategy to support the Association and manages a large team to deliver innovative examinations that drive the employability of our students and new members. Stephen, through personal experience, believes in the power of education to transform lives. This belief drives his team and the development of the Association’s educational products.

Before joining the Association in 2003, Stephen worked as an IT Consultant and is a graduate of Middlesex University with a degree in Human Geography and Development Studies.

Ignacy Morawski, Chief Economist at Puls Biznesu, Director of SpotData Analysis Center, an analytics center owned by the newspaper’s publisher, Bonnier. He has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at WestLB and Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości, where he served as Chief Economist.

Between 2012 and 2016, he received multiple awards in economic rankings, including twice placing among the top analysts in the Rzeczpospolita and National Bank of Poland competition for the best macroeconomic expert. In 2017, he was included in the New Europe 100 list—published by the Financial Times—which recognizes the most innovative individuals in Central Europe.

In 2019, ThinkTank ranked him among the 10 most influential economists for Polish businesses. That same year, SpotData, the analytical platform he founded, was nominated for the Grand Press Digital award.

Morawski holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and a degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw.

Ágnes Király-Papp is Learning lead, Future skills & learning at bp, and works in a global team of learning and development professionals whose purpose is to provide learning offers that result in the creation and protection of financial value for bp, meeting current and future skills needs. Her role covers skills development for the finance organisation, specifically focusing on planning and performance management, investment management, addressing four key skills areas: leadership, future skills, technical and compliance/conformance, going beyond traditional training solutions to enhance a world class, dynamic and innovative learning culture. At bp, learning and development is unlocking the skills of our people to deliver our strategy, secure our future and provide options and opportunities for career growth. Importantly it gives us ownership to build and adapt to navigate a pathway to deep skill, upskill and reskill.

Ágnes is based in Budapest, Hungary and has been with bp for 8 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics, and is also a certified business coach. Outside of work she is passionate about coaching, self-development and all forms of learning. In her spare time, she loves doing sports and enjoying music, and prefers to spend time with family and friends. 

A graduate of the University of Birmingham and the University of Cambridge, he began his career as an accountant, supporting engineering projects in the North Sea before managing a team overseeing indirect taxes for Shell in Asia. He later transitioned into a role as a process, data, and systems manager within the planning department. Over the past six years, he has led Data Science and AI teams, specializing in applying these technologies to accounting, controlling, and FP&A.

He believes in unorthodox, interdisciplinary approaches, has a proven leadership track record, and is allergic to routine.
